Cat in a Pond jewellery dish

🐈 Handmade jewellery dish of a cat in a pond with love hearts.

This dish is made with "pooling glaze" which is how you get the fiery red effect. This is NOT food safe so please only use it for jewellery & trinkets!

♥️ All cat dishes are hand sculpted from a midfire clay, dried for a week then placed in the kiln for bisque fire. Once bisqued, they're painted with underglazes then coated in a clear gloss glaze. Each cat then gets its bottom wiped clean because glaze sticks to the kiln. Then they're placed back in the kiln for the final firing. The clear glaze brings the underglaze colours to life, seals the clay and makes it glossy.

♥️ This listing is for ONE dish. It's approximately 70-80mm wide and 30-50mm in height. The dish you receive will be unique as they are all handmade from scratch! So please understand that the item you receive may differ slightly from the display image in size, shape or colour.

♥️ They are ceramic! Meaning that they'll last you a lifetime as long as they're handled with love and care. Please be careful with the pooling glaze as they're known to chip if not treated gently.

🎁 They are an ideal gift for a loved one! Most of the customers I talk to at markets are buying birthday presents or housewarming gifts for their friends :)

  • Care Instructions

    The nature of ceramics is fragile, so please be careful when handling them. Bumping them or general carelessness can lead to chips, cracks and breakages. Abrasive materials and dishwashing can damage the surface of your mug over prolonged periods of time.

    All mugs and similar kitchenware items are food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. I suggest handwashing them in warm soapy water with a soft sponge. Occasional deep cleans in the dishwasher are totally fine!

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Please choose carefully before purchasing. Whilst all products on mamools.com are carefully photographed and described, there may be differences between the image on the website and received goods. There are no returns for change of mind or product discrepancies.
