Unique & Yours

All Mamools ceramics are handmade and therefore unique. Please see the images and descriptions because all products will be slightly different.

Please decide carefully before purchasing.

Product Discrepancies

All ceramics on are carefully photographed and described. However, there may be differences between the image on the website and received goods.

Whilst some products in the store are for one specific item, some of the items describe a style; for example, "calico cat". The images used for these ceramics are a generic guide only. Please read all product descriptions carefully.

Due to monitor display & photography discrepancies, the colour or item may not be exactly the same in person.

There are no exchanges or refunds for disagreements regarding discrepancies. Product information should be referred to for guidance purposes and is not binding. So please choose carefully!

Change of mind

You can cancel your order any time prior to dispatch as long as it's reasonable and I'm able to do so. You will receive a full refund.

After dispatch there are no refunds or exchanges if you've changed your mind.

Damaged items

Whilst I do everything I can to ensure your ceramics are packed and shipped carefully, accidents can happen during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please take pictures and send the details to me ASAP via email:

To organise a refund, you must send me all details via email within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Refunds are subject to my agreement. Upon agreement, I will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back. The product must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in its original packaging.

Because all items on mamools are unique, there are no exchanges. Instead, please use the refund to choose another item.


There are no refunds or exchanges for commissions. All commissions are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
